Professor Giles Foden will talk about his career as an award-winning novelist, how UEA’s renowned Creative Writing Programme continues to encourage and inspire students today and why the teaching and research he is involved with is important to society as a whole. The evening will be hosted by our Vice-Chancellor, Professor David Richardson, who will share his appreciation for the support of alumni donors as well as his vision for the future of The Difference Campaign. The reception will take place on Wednesday 23 November 2016 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm in the Wolfson Library Suite at The Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5AG.
